First line apartments in Golden Sands. The complex lies at the waterfront only 30 m from the beach strip. It is a nine storied complex, each residential section has a separate lobby and lift, thermo-insulated, stone-panelled common parts, modern lifts, air-conditioning, 3-layer window and door, 24-hour security service.

There are lots of famous and ancient mineral water springs, which have a flow of 150 m/sec and were known already to the Thraciains and the Roman Caesars. The resort's beach strip is 3,5 km. long and up to 100 m wide.
